Tracie Delaney, FNP-C, APRN, RN
Tracie has been practicing for over 9 years in family practice, all ages. She began as a paramedic on 911 ambulance which she did for over 12 years. She then went on the path to become an LVN, RN, which she did for over 13 years, then APRN. She taught as adjunct faculty to Texas Women’s University FNP program.
As an undergrad PVAMU with honors, she graduated Texas Women’s University 2012. Tracie is a nationally certified American Academy Nurse Practitioner. Her medical focus is on prevention and chronic disease management. She believes in empowering people as partners in the management of their health care.
Tracie and her husband of 24 years, Brian Delaney have three children; Colin - 21, Kevan - 19, and Tiffanie - 27, one grandchild, Kylie – 7, two rescue mixed breeds, Lucy & Ethyl, along with one cat, Calico. All which live in The Woodlands.
Fun Facts: She loves sewing and crocheting, reading medical books, coffee, dogs, and family. She enjoys teaching with TWU and volunteering with Interfaith Community Clinic as a Family Practice Provider. Her goal is to learn Spanish.
