Thomas (Jason) Toole graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center in 2021. He has his master’s degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, he worked as a Registered Nurse for 5 years in the IMU for Memorial Hermann and Huntsville Memorial Hospital. Jason has a passion for helping others and loves to make people laugh and smile. He practices using evidence-based medicine and as if every patient was his own family member.  He loves vacationing, ranching, and spending time with his family. Jason and his wife live on Lake Livingston. He has a son at home and a stepdaughter that is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.
